Help!

So I'm sure this is going to sound stupid but my rabbit keeps digging! yes i know thats what they do, but does anyone know if there is a way to train them not to? he digs underneath the fence he lives in, escapes into the yard and eats my tomato plants. i've tried putting in grass but he eats it until theres no more and then starts digging. new ideas?

do you suggest training school as the best way to train dogs to run well with you? i've had the worst time with other dogs getting them to run with me. is it a type of dog thing? let me know!!
